Big data firm Saama Technologies expands Pune office, staff to ramp up India presence

Big data company Saama Technologies will be ramping up its presence in India with an addition of 45,000 sq ft of office space in Pune. It will be looking at doubling its employee headcount from 400 to over 800 people over the next one year.This announcement comes on the back of the company raising Series-A funding of $35 million. The aim is to create the largest pure play data science and analytics hub in India.
