BMC Enters into Multi-year Agreement with Google Cloud

The partnership between BMC and Google Cloud has been extended with their new agreement. Customers can now opt from a number of Google Cloud technology integrations on the BMC Helix platform right now, including:

• Google translate for virtual agents, chatbots
• Google Analytics for measuring service experiences
• BMC Helix Discovery utilizing Google Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP) for deep, secure dynamic Google Cloud estate mapping
