BT to use RingCentral cloud communications platform
UK telco BT announced it will offer business customers a cloud-based phone platform based on technology developed by RingCentral, a provider of cloud-based unified communications solutions. The move comes as the UK adopts legislation that sees flexible working rights extended beyond parents and caretakers.BT will market RingCentral’s cloud-based communications platform, which comes with HD video and web conference, as a more flexible alternative to legacy telephony.
