Carlyle Decides to Acquire and Expand Data Center Organization Involta

Global investment firm Carlyle declared their agreement agreed to acquire Involta, a data center company primarily working on hybrid IT and cloud infrastructure, including data center merger, hybrid cloud, edge, fiber, and other products.

Involta is the owner of 12 data center facilities and an in-house 12,000+ fiber-mile network. It also maintain the data center, coupled with strategic infrastructure solutions for mission-critical IT demands to businesses across the United States. Carlyle's resources, assets, and expertise will help expand Involta's operations. Further, it will help increase its capacities for both new and existing customers.
