Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Management Tools (CMT) ISV Competency accreditation has been awarded to Ingram Micro Cloud. This accreditation honors Ingram Micro Cloud's patented resource, and cost optimization solutions, which have been evaluated, confirmed, and verified by AWS and assist collaborators and their customers maximize Return on Investment (ROI) on their AWS expenditure.
The AWS CMT Competency validates Ingram Micro Cloud's patented cloud automation technology's ability to streamline the application and workload deployments, as well as resource management, across private, hybrid, and public cloud stacks. Ingram Micro Cloud's technology, in particular, is a valuable resource for information technology (IT) companies looking for real-time data on workload costs, resource utilization, and chargebacks on their AWS accounts, as well as resource and cost optimization recommendations to help them get the most out of their AWS investment.
To earn the competency, Ingram Micro Cloud demonstrated how their cloud automation solution allows clients to use policy-driven guardrails in AWS environments to monitor and act on non-compliant actions while also simplifying cloud resource management.

In March of 2021, Ingram Micro Cloud and AWS signed a global Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA). Since then, Ingram Micro Cloud has been growing its skills and technical depth to better support its partners. The CMT Competency is Ingram Micro Cloud's second competency this year, following the AWS DevOps Consulting Competency, which was introduced in March 2022.
