Pegasystems buys co-browsing and cloud firm Firefly

US-based software provider Pegasystems said this week that the firm has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Profeatable Corporation, a startup that develops cloud-based collaboration and co-browsing tools, for an undisclosed sum.Following the acquisition Pegasystems said it would integrate Profeatable’s collaboration platform and co-browsing technology (dubbed Firefly) with its own customer services and sales software offerings.
