UK cloud service provider iomart announced it has entered into a deal to acquire IT consultancy SystemsUp, which specialises in designing and delivering cloud solutions, for up to £12.5m.iomart said the move would broaden its cloud computing expertise. Glasgow-based cloud computing firm iomart announced an increase of almost 40 per cent in annual revenues for the latest financial year, with pre-tax profits of £14.6m – up from £10.7m in 2013. Glasgow-based cloud computing firm Iomart has forecast a rise in profits after strong performances from newly-acquired companies. In a trading update, it said it expected to report adjusted pre-tax profit of £18.8m for the year to the end of March. That is more than 13% up on the same period in the previous year.
