Vietnam's driving ICT firm, FPT Software, has as of late been recorded in Gartner's 2020 Market Guide for Public Cloud Managed and Professional Services Providers (MSPs) Asia/Pacific. FPT Software is the lone Vietnamese-based organization among the 16 agent merchants.

Distributed in October by the world's leading research and advisory company, Gartner, "this examination helps sourcing, procurement and vendor management pioneers recognize suppliers most appropriate to their requirements".
