With the Sprinklr platform on Google Cloud Marketplace, customers will realize key benefits, including:
  • Consolidated Google Cloud billing;
  • Faster and simpler procurement cycles; and
  • Dollar-for-dollar drawdown against Google Cloud commitments, freeing the budget to help create insight-driven strategies and better customer experiences.

Modern Care Lite, Sprinklr's first self-serve offering, is also available for customers who choose Sprinklr hosted on GCP. This easy-to-use and deploy customer support solution integrates over a dozen commonly used care channels, such as social, messaging, chat, email, and voice. With automated and self-service care options, Sprinklr Modern Care Lite employs AI to analyze each communication in real-time, reducing the need to contact support. In addition, when a customer does need to contact support, innovative features such as guided workflows enable agents to almost always provide first-contact resolution.
