Nagarro, a global pioneer in digital engineering, announced a partnership with Soravia, one of the top real estate groups in Austria and Germany, and Google Cloud to redefine the future real estate market. The building of digitally interconnected, energy-neutral communities, as well as smart, new services for customers and investors, is predicted to scale up dramatically in the future years thanks to this innovation and technology alliance.

Nagarro is in charge of the strategy and end-to-end technological solution, thanks to its demonstrated competence in smart technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. Soravia will draw on its extensive experience in sustainable project development and skills in all areas of the real estate lifecycle. Google Cloud will bring its proven expertise in data analytics, AI and machine learning, connectivity, and Internet of Things (IoT) goods to the table.

Digital technologies for smart building, investment, and property and facility management will be the focus in the coming months and years. In the first phase of the project, digital interfaces will be developed that will allow customers and investors to communicate in completely new ways. As a prerequisite for ongoing service development, the goal is to greatly improve user experience and performance using cutting-edge cloud technology and intelligent data analysis.
