AppDirect raises $9M, acquires Standing Cloud

Popular cloud application marketplace provider AppDirect made a flurry of announcements this week, starting with the securing of $9m in series B investment led by iNovia Capital Partners. The company also acquired Standing Cloud, a cloud orchestration and automated packaging solution provider, and tacked on its service to Cloud Foundry, a popular open source platform as a service.
