The expanded collaboration will drive customer experience transformation, as Five9 continues to expand its international footprint, and closely aligns Five9 and Deloitte Canada’s proven success in partnering with Canadian companies to meet the growing demand for digital age networking and Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
Deloitte Canada will feature the Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center as part of its Future of Service Practice, providing end-to-end contact center solutions and services across strategy, architecture, and implementation. The Five9 platform will provide Deloitte Canada’s clients access to digital channels, contact center analytics, workflow automation, workforce optimization, and practical AI to help create more human customer experiences, engaged and empowered contact center agents, and ultimately help deliver tangible business results.
Deloitte Canada is a leader in customer experience implementation, and Five9 is highly rated by customers for its solutions and superior after sales quality of service and customer satisfaction. This strategic agreement will amplify existing sales and solutions enablement resources in the Canadian market, and Deloitte Canada will invest in building a Five9 Center of Excellence within Canada focused on leveraging the Five9 platform to drive innovation for the contact center of the future.

American Virtual Cloud Technologies, Inc. announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement for a sale of equity securities to an institutional investor. The net proceeds, after original issue discount, will total $15 million initially, plus an additional $5 million subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, including receipt of stockholder approval pursuant to Nasdaq listing rules. AVCT will issue shares of a new series of convertible preferred stock, together with warrants, pursuant to the terms of the securities purchase agreement.
AVCT previously announced a definitive agreement to sell its Computex business to Calian Group Ltd. a move that will transition AVCT to a pure-play cloud communications and collaboration company, centered on its premium Kandy cloud-based, real-time communications platform.
The Company expects that this security sale and the expected net proceeds from its planned divestiture of its Computex business will be used to retire all of its existing debt.

A VM Automation Cloud Robot is a Windows virtual machine created on-demand in Automation Cloud. It provides an unattended robot that can incorporate customers’ software and configurations and will scale as needed. The new Serverless Automation Cloud Robot is part of a ‘ready-when-you-are’ pool of robots that will immediately and securely run selected automation jobs on demand. With simple browser-based access, Windows, Mac, or Linux users can send work to Automation Cloud Robots and immediately execute in Automation Cloud.
Frictionless development: With speedier performance, expanded integration options, and low code tools and templates, this release removes friction and complexity from the development process. Automation professionals can now leverage the power of UiPath Integration Service to quickly develop trigger-based automations; access more than 40 API-based connectors to automate processes involving common applications such as Slack, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and others; and reduce custom coding to streamline app development with new controls and templates in UiPath Apps. Meanwhile, citizen developers get new, simplified access to AI-powered tools like Forms AI, Document Understanding, and Task Capture to automate more tasks.
Automation access for all: For the first time, Mac users get API and web automation, plus support for UiPath Assistant. Linux robots now support long-running workflows, expanding automations that can run cross-platform. Enhanced Security and Compliance: Security and compliance upgrades in 2022.4 include every UiPath service now in scope for SOC 2 and Automation Cloud™ HIPAA attestation to facilitate UiPath cloud solution adoption with confidence. Both user and device access controls are strengthened, with expanded role-based controls for managing users and IT governance for conditional access to ensure only managed devices are used. In addition, every customer’s data is now co-located in a single data center to simplify meeting government and enterprise data sovereignty requirements.
