Informatica lands on AWS in cloud, on prem data consolidation push

Data integration heavyweight Informatica announced it has gone “all in” on AWS, using Amazon’s cloud as its underlying infrastructure and linking its data integration and analytics software with a number of AWS services.Informatica, which already boasts some integration with Amazon EC2 among other services, said it would standardise its cloud-based data integration and data management service, Informatica Cloud, on AWS.
