Common tasks, like patching, managing backups, and provisioning infrastructure are implemented by this team. And by collaborating on runbooks, Mission can offer proactive support in case of infrastructure incidents. This team also collaborates with InfraOps Cloud Analysts to help customers in identifying performance trends and to supply a more strategic understanding of operational health and alignment to best practices.
Techstreet, one of the world’s largest collections of industry codes and standards, came to Mission Cloud for help migrating to a new AWS environment within six months, modernizing the infrastructure to improve application performance and increase scalability. After the migration, Techstreet leveraged Mission Cloud One to manage its cloud environment.
