Reading Borough enlists Fujitsu, Oracle for £1.35m cloud-based ERP project

The UK’s, Reading Borough Council announced Wednesday that it has enlisted Fujitsu to help it set up and manage Oracle’s Financial Cloud suite, which is scheduled to go live in April this year.The Council, which has partnered with Fujitsu to deliver its IT as a managed service for the past decade, is in the process of adopting more software as a service solutions in a bid to reduce the cost of service provisioning and complexity.
