The innovation, viax.io, is now accepting clients. CEO Larry Ramponi says viax's platform-as-a-service (PaaS) modular approach to enterprise commerce translates into more efficiency, less cost and fewer vendor headaches for companies struggling to maintain a system that keeps pace with ever-evolving B2B and D2C customers.

We understand this dilemma, because for years our team has been consulting on workarounds and fixes to mitigate issues inherent in other products. We knew we had to find solutions. Agents of change, that's why we built viax.io.

- CEO Larry Ramponi

viax solutions for enterprise commerce are designed to improve the bottom line for our clients, with quick client on-boarding, easy-to-integrate and easy-to-use modules and microservices and predictable pricing – and you only implement the services you want, no complete re-platforming required.

Firms chasing vendors for continual fixes to outdated systems – spending upwards of millions and losing valuable go-to-market time – should consider viax as a viable alternative. Ramponi says that viax offers agility and true customization. Clients invest in all-inclusive subscriptions to a full suite of solutions – modules, architecture, operations and support – rather than in one version of a product. Adopters receive personal support through an ongoing partnership with viax's entire team of experts.

Because our PaaS is designed to support many popular code languages, you can rely on existing in-house support, not proprietary code or specialized contractors. Additionally, many of our module and microservice components use codeless user interfaces, therefore your sales team can create pricing models, workflows, etc.

- CEO Larry Ramponi

"We can revolutionize your legacy system to prevent you from having to spend money on internal IT infrastructure. Rather than being at the mercy of outside vendors and struggling to secure the expertise required to implement and support system upgrades, consider our PaaS approach to enterprise commerce that is far more efficient, effective and economically responsible. Our solutions uniquely address the challenges of your business, drastically improving your user experience and your bottom line. We are revolutionizing headless commerce for B2B and D2C."

ThoughtSpot, the Modern Analytics Cloud company, today announced the launch of three new editions: Team Edition, Pro Edition, and a special bundle for startups, nonprofits, and education institutions. These are the first offerings from the company specifically for small teams and individuals. As part of these editions, ThoughtSpot also announced a consumption-based pricing model, where customers pay only for what they use instead of wasting resources on shelfware licenses sold by traditional analytics providers. Today, customers can get started with Team Edition for a flat fee of $95 per month for a single user-group with unlimited users. Pro Edition starts at $2500 per month for up to 5 user-groups with unlimited users. Pro Edition customers will only pay for what they consume, based on actual queries. Combined with these new editions, the announcements significantly advance the company’s product-led growth strategy. Creating a new vector for growth Companies have long recognized the value of their data to improve their business on multiple fronts, as research from Harvard Business Review demonstrates, but the lack of true self service analytics kept most organizations from realizing these benefits. With ThoughtSpot, data is truly democratized. Historically, ThoughtSpot was packaged to enable large deployments across organizations. With the launch of these new editions, companies can move beyond dead dashboards and put the power of Live Analytics in the hands of any size team, including individuals. With an affordable pricing model that starts at just $95 per month, the new editions meet the budgetary realities of any business. AVCtechnologies Announces Filing of Resale Registration Statement as Part of Funding Plan

American Virtual Cloud Technologies, Inc. | January 04, 2022

American Virtual Cloud Technologies announced that it has filed a resale registration statement on Form S-3 as part of several initiatives to raise growth capital and improve liquidity through an increased share float. Pursuant to its recent S-3 filing, AVCtechnologies has completed the registration of 37,916,668 shares which underlie warrants that were previously issued in accordance with previously announced financing transactions. These financings are a critical step in the company’s fundraising plan and will enable it to execute on its strategic growth initiatives such as the recently announced partnerships with Braidio and Etisalat. If all the warrants issued in the previously announced financing transactions are exercised, AVCtechnologies would receive approximately $41 million in incremental cash on its balance sheet, based on the warrant exercise prices, which currently range from $1.50 to $2.00 per share. To date, the Company has already raised approximately $35 million from the previously announced financing transactions. Full exercise of these warrants would also increase the public float of AVCtechnologies stock by nearly 19 million shares, as only half of the registered shares will actually be issued absent any adjustments to the terms of the warrants. The resale registration statements filed in connection with the financing transactions have registered 200% of the number of shares currently issuable upon exercise of the warrants, to comply with obligations under the transaction documents to “over-register” shares to provide for potential repricing of warrant strike prices without the need for additional registration statement filings. No dilution will occur from any non-issued registered shares. “With the latest S-3 filing, Phase I of our funding plan is complete and the Company will benefit from increased liquidity in the marketplace to the extent the remaining warrants are exercised. We are now in position to execute on Phase 2 of our funding strategy, the planned divestiture of Computex Technology Group, the proceeds from which, coupled with the Phase 1 proceeds, are expected to completely eliminate the Company’s debt and fully fund our plan.” Larry Mock, Chairman of the Board of AVCtechnologies Darrell J. Mays, CEO of AVCtechnologies, said, “Any additional capital received from the sale of these securities will be beneficial as we continue to expand our product offerings and accelerate our existing growth strategies with large enterprise customers.” AVCtechnologies previously announced that revenues of its Kandy Business Unit are projected to grow from $14.3 million in 2020 to approximately $18.8 million in 2021 and to more than $37 million in 2022. About American Virtual Cloud Technologies, Inc. Lightspin Launches Free AWS Cloud Security Tool to Reveal Publicly Exposed Cloud Assets on Any Domain

Lightspin | April 06, 2022

Lightspin, the next-generation cloud security platform, today announced the first free AWS cloud security tool that scans any and all domains to reveal publicly exposed cloud assets.Recon.Cloud is a free AWS cloud threat intelligence resource that provides a clear view of any domain's current exposure from an attacker's perspective. Users will have vastly greater visibility into and increased transparency of their publicly exposed assets. Attack surface management is a rising challenge of cloud migrations. Gartner predicts that, through 2025, 99% of breaches in cloud environments will come as a result of human error, such as misconfiguration of cloud roles, permissions, and policies. Existing subdomain enumeration tools do not provide the granular specifics for cloud environments. Unlike other tools, Recon.Cloud scans provide a full picture of an AWS environment with all AWS metadata accessible within the user interface. Users can then easily export their results via a JSON file or incorporate their findings into the Lightspin platform to see even more contextual risk within their broader attack surface. With Recon.Cloud, we are helping to solve the issue of poor visibility in cloud environments. Recon.Cloud is specifically designed to focus on only the pertinent publicly exposed cloud assets in a domain. DevOps and red team members can use Lightspin's free and easy-to-use threat intelligence tool for an in-depth picture of their AWS environment with the option of exporting and analysis just one click away. It also allows security operations to scan targets for research or to better understand recent acquisitions during threat modeling." Gafnit Amiga, Director of Security Research at Lightspin. About Lightspin Lightspin's next-gen cloud security posture management (CSPM) platform protects cloud and Kubernetes environments from build to runtime and simplifies cloud security for security and DevOps teams. Using advanced graph-based technology, Lightspin prioritizes risks across the cloud environment focusing security efforts on the critical issues that matter most. Lightspin serves Fortune 500 customers across the globe and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel with offices in New York, NY.
